Homeowners Facing Foreclosure Like an Ostrich

"Sometimes I go into these vacant homes and I see all these letters from the bank that have never been opened. They figure if they don't look at it, it doesn't exist. These letters are the banks pleading with people to please call me and maybe we can work something out."
